This trek
is difficult and adventurous in the western part of Nepal.
The different permit other then Annapurna region should
be obtained for Round Dhaulagiri. This trek starts from
Beni on the bank of Kali Gandaki; follow the Myagdi Khola
westward to Darbang. Much of the route is on snow and
glacier as it crosses French Col (5240m), traverses the
head of hidden valley and crosses Dhampus pass (5155m).
The trek ends with a steep descent to Marpha and return
to Pokhara, along the Kali Gandaki Ghorepani ridge.
